An exploration of organic and traditional gardening
as it applies to gardeners and innovative green
entrepreneurs. This course prepares students with
gardening skills, including plant needs, design,
propagation methods, pruning, pest control, and
soil science, that can be applied on the job or in the
community. This course is built upon a regenerative
gardening framework centered around sustainability,
waste reduction, community building, indigenous
wisdom, and environmental education.
