City News
The City and Diamond Bar Community Foundation (DBCF) are joining forces to host the second
annual Beerfest Featuring Taste of Diamond Bar event from 3 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17 at the
Diamond Bar Center.
Created in support of the City’s Keep it Local campaign, this fundraising event aims to raise
awareness and highlight Diamond Bar’s diverse and quality dining options in an environment that
encourages community building and meaningful connections and social interaction.
Beerfest Featuring Taste of Diamond Bar is only open to adults age 21 and older, and features
unlimited samplings of craft beer, wine, and popular dishes from local restaurants. Entertainment
throughout event hours include live music by Claremont Voodoo Society, sip-and-paint activities,
massages, and lawn games. Tickets cost $45 (plus Eventbrite fee).

Winter Snow Fest:
Calling Local Nonpro昀椀ts
and Craft Vendors
The City’s popular Winter Snow Fest event will again provide
local nonpro昀椀ts an opportunity to raise awareness of, or funds
for, their causes, and craft vendors to display and sell their
handcrafted creations.
Information, Game and Activity Booths
Nonpro昀椀ts can apply to operate an information booth, or to operate one of the event’s game
or activity booths. In exchange for supervising the game or activity areas, nonpro昀椀ts receive a
portion of proceeds from sledding wristband and activity card sales.
Craft Fair
Vendor spaces are also available to crafters interested in showcasing and selling their unique,
handmade items to the hundreds of eventgoers. Examples of eligible crafts are jewelry, glass and
metal work, paintings, soaps, knitted goods and crocheted pieces, and decorations. Craft fair
vendors keep all their pro昀椀ts.
Winter Snow Fest takes place 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 at Pantera Park, 738 Pantera
Drive. Interested nonpro昀椀ts and craft vendors can obtain additional details and an application by
visiting www.diamondbarca.gov/specialevents or calling 909-839-7073.
