for the Pee Wees! Students
will learn the basics of the
forehand, backhand, and
volley in a safe coordination

atmosphere. A 35% discount
for multi-day registration. The

Introduce your child to the best sport in the world! With your
participation and encouragement, the baby baller will
learn the fundamental steps necessary to understand the
sport of basketball. Instructor guidance and movement skills
are developed by using engaging games and activities
with appropriately sized basketball hoops, providing and
unforgettable experience like no other. .

BIDDY TEE BALL LEAGUE

MULTI-SPORT
Here is a great chance for kids to play their favorite sports all
at one class. This class is designed to motivate children to
be active and healthy while giving them the fundamental
skills needed to succeed and grow in whichever sport they
choose. Every child will receive a class shirt.

The Parks and Recreation Department is now taking
proposals from individuals interested in becoming a contract
instructor to teach a class, activity or program during the 2025
summer season.
Proposals can be geared toward any age group, and can
昀椀t into any recreation or personal enrichment category.
However, staff is especially interested in proposals to teach
classes in the following areas:
All Ages – gymnastics, dog training, music, aquatics,
language (Chinese, Spanish, English as a Second
Language and American Sign Language)
Teens – social media, mindfulness and college preparation
Adults – arts, crafts, and home prep classes that teach
essential life skills such as cooking, gardening, 昀椀nance
management, and basic home maintenance skills
The deadline for proposals is 4 p.m. on Jan. 3 for the summer
2025 season that runs May 17-Sept. 5.
