Girls and boys explore fundamental movement and
gymnastics skills through simple directions and fun stations.
Beginning cartwheels, rolls, balance beam, mini trampoline,
back handspring barrel, and obstacle courses are all on the
menu. Classes build self-esteem, body awareness, strength,
and coordination – a strong start for any sport. A $3 material

ADVANCED SWIM AND STROKE
DEVELOPMENT
Swimmers focus on mastering all four competitive strokes,
with an emphasis on advanced mechanics, ef昀椀ciency, and
endurance. Training also covers starts, turns, and underwater
skills to maximize speed and power. Individualized feedback
provided. The Diamond Bar High School pool is outdoors and
heated to 80 degrees. Bring your own swimsuit, goggles, and
towel.
