A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit payments for activity registrations and facility
rentals. The fee is collected by a third party vendor named Card Connect. Payments may be
made by cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order to avoid the convenience fee. For more
information please call the Parks & Recreation Department at 909-839-7070.

■ A signed waiver is due at the time of registration.
■ All class registration forms will be processed by Parks & Recreation staff,
no exceptions.

Res – Diamond Bar Resident • NR – Non Diamond Bar Resident
■ All class registration will be on a “昀椀rst-come, 昀椀rst-served” basis. Waiting
lists will be established in the event that additional staff and facilities
become available.
■ All classes are subject to change or cancellation.
■ All cancellation requests must be made no less than 1 week prior to
the first-class meeting to be eligible for a refund.
■ There will be a $15 fee charged (per class) for the processing of all
refund requests.
■ Your information and e-mail address will only be used to send
City-related communication, and will not be sold to or shared with
other entities.
